Dynomite dyno reliable?

Dyno results help !

I had my car dynoed on a dynomite dyno. About a month ago and it showed 247 rwhp.which is less than my machinest and my buddy at the speed shop expected. They suggested that I go from 1.72 to 1.6 rockers. Dynoed today and got 192 rwhp. I have a 306,165 afr heads,accufab 65mm tb,prom 77mm ma,cobra intake,msd ignition,24 lb. injectors,225 fp,fms shortys,u/d pullies,fms x303 cam,comp cams pro magnum 1.6 rr ,cold air induction and 3.73 gears. Could the dyno or operator be at fault or are the results probable?

how does the car feel compared to the first time it was on the dyno. A 50 plus horsepower drop will be more than noticable. I just had an issue where i dynoed less hp with my charger than when i was NA. Later on the dyno operator found a bad pick up card on the rear drum.

if you're running that x cam on a stock bottom end with stock compression ratio, its gonna feel like a turd. You didn't mention anything about the shortblock being built.
