e303 or tfs1...valve springs needed?

curious here, if installing a cam in a stock 5.0 ( 95 ) other than doing a timing set, new lifters, waterpump......would the factory springs be fine for a e303 or the tfs1? im assuming the e303 would be "easier" on the springs as it is a slightly smaller cam.

thoughts please?
