easy C6 question

I'm about to replace my trans fluid with B&M fluid. Can anyone tell me aprx. how much I'll need to buy? It's a C6 with an external cooler. Also, is there an actual benefit to using this stuff, as opposed to just regular trans fluid? Thanx for the help.

Stock pan holds 7 qts. Converter capacity depends on what converter you have, but typically 3-4 qts there. Perhaps another 1-2 qts for the cooler? *shrug*
