eBay Parts Diagrams for $6

There's a 94-04 parts diagram on eBay for $6.50. It looks like a copy of a Ford brochure. It has OE part numbers and parts diagrams. It looks like something that might be freely available on the internet somewhere. Can I get it somewhere for free?
