I had those exact rims(except mine were Staggerd, 8"fronts 9" rears on my 91 notch, they were very nice. I bought them without tires though so I don't know about the tires those come with. I have personally owned 2 different sets of their wheels & they were very good quality,especially for the price.
I bought my 17x9 and 17x10 10th anniversary Cobra rims with tires from them.Great wheels,very nice.The tires are Nexxen.They've been great for nearly a year so far,and still going strong.No complaints.I got them in 4 boxes,aired up,balanced,and ready to bolt on.The caps are nice and the lug nuts are solid,not those crappy cheap capped ones.Buy them.
I got them from the same people when I bought the wheels. They were an extra $55. The wheels come with Cobra R center caps that have their company name printed on them. I didn't like them at all.
