ebrake handle swap

i was just curious iff anyone has tried to mount a 94 95 mustang ebrake handle in a fox i just finished the sn95 swap and i dont like the way ford racing want the handle set up so iff anyone has tried let me know

I bought a Leather Handbrake from a 1998 Cobra and had to do the same mods the M2300K directions give. It wasnt too bad, just a warning make sure you thread the short cable into place BEFORE weldind the pawl as its a bitch to get in there after its welded!

why not use the 98 handle as its ratching setup is for discs brakes where as the fox one is designed for drums?

The 1998 Cobra handle was EXACTLY the same as my 92 handle except for the leather. It needs to be modified too!

I have one out of an SN95 V6, and it did not require modification. Works great, I just need to remember to get under the car sometime and take up some slack from the new cables stretching.
