So in the beginning i was having a fuel pump issue so while trying to fix it i replaced capacitors on ecu and now the cars runs fine but with a cel but the problem is my car wont read codes now, i have a hand held code reader that i use but ive also tried jumping the self test to read by counting how many times the cel flashes and nothing has worked. Im sure most are familiar with the clicking sounds or solenoids that turn on when you go to read the codes that is not happening on mine. The car would read codes fine before i replaced capacitors, not sure if i may have accidently unplugged something or if its because i did something wrong with the capacitors. Any ideas on what i can try? Thanks let me know if more info is needed i wasnt sure what all to put in here
