edelbrock heads

has anyone used the edelbrock cylinder heads, #6037, here is the link for some power numbers- http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive/3821pp.html
i m,ight be able to get a deal on these for my 88 gt and was wondering if anyone has experienced it. I have a trick flow track heat intake with 65 mm t-body and full exhaust. what kind of gains might i see with these heads and a tfs stage 1 cam? thanks. also which rockers, 1.6 or 1.7??

just so you know there's a difference between the 6037 and the ones you referenced from the edelbrock site (60379) the 60379's are the newer version and are good for 20hp more on average overall than the older ones. As for the heads themseleves the quality is great, the springs hold up to .575 max lift, and they make good power. The newer ones aren't that far off from the afr 165 counterparts in flow #'s. Not sure but with that cam and 1.7's it pretty close to having p/v clearancee as an issue, it will yield .530/.542 max lift with 1.7rr's.
 
cool, thanks everybody for the input. I may be able to get a deal on these heads, i just wanted some input. so if you were able to run them you would? (everyone) the 1.7's were justa a thought, i bought them a while ago with about 1500 miles on them, near new if anyone wants to buy them.
