The Torker for the Cleveland and the 302w are completely different and not really comparable in the way that they peform due to the fact that the Cleveland and Windsors are very different engines.
First off they don't make a Torker for 351c 2v's, per say. You can bolt it on but that manifold is intended for a 4V head. On a 2v head there will be significant mismatch of the ports and I wouldn't do it unless I matched the ports as much as is possible. Furthermore, the Torker is an O.K. manifold for a 4v head, but there are many better manifolds for the 4v heads depending on what RPM you intend to use the engine.
If you keep the 2v heads use the Weiand intake manifold. If you get 4v heads and want a fantastic all-around intake get the Blue Thunder, it is very comparable to the Edelbrock RPM manifold on a 302w. If you want to spin your Cleveland 4v and make great higher end power get a Holley Strip Dominator or a Parker FunnelWeb.
Many of us have been fooling with, building, driving and researching Clevelands for a long time. Trust us, we have the info and experience, so don't go down the path of self discovery with this engine on your own, with all of the pit falls and mistake$ waiting for you. If you need more confirmation then go to the network54 cleveland forum.
The 351 Cleveland 4v motor is a very powerful motor with the stock heads, maybe the most powerful mass-produced smallblock ever. The formula to make the 4v Cleveland perform extremely well is simple, with relatively few variations.
