EEC help

ok fuel pump wont come on. i can jump the FP relay and it comes on. also on the EEC relay there are 2 wires you can jump that will make the FP come on also, however when i jumped every wire, i got nothing on all combos. i didnt get the FP to come on and it couldnt get the EEC relay to click either. i undid the eec ground and then rehooked it back up. still nothing. what does this lead me to? im thinkin the relay is shot, but i havent been able to test the relay either, seeing how its raining and i just really dont feel like goin out there and messing with it at the moment. someone point me in a direction, brain is shot, been a long day.

if you can, see how many hot wires there are going to the fuel pump with the key on, if there are more that two, then it's a probably a fusable link

If it's not clicking when power is applied then the relay is sticking, or stuck. try giving a good tap when power is put to it, if it comes on, you know the relay is bad ans was sticking, if nothing, then it's probably bad.

yeah ive tried tapping it a few times, still nothing. i think im gonna go get a relay in the morning and see if thats what it is.

and my cd player isnt comin on now either, at all.
