I’ve got a 1995 Mustang GT and I would like to put a set of BBK long tube headers on. My question is with removing my stock manifolds. On the left (passenger side) manifold their is a Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) tube from the exhaust manifold back up to the intake with what looks to be some sort of diaphragm valve regulating the flow back to the intake. My Question is what needs to be done for me to put the long tube headers on and (correctly) take away the EGR tube without screwing up the computer, sensors, or the fuel injection? Does anyone know of any delete kits? I know I’m not the first person to want to do this. Thanks for your input.

You can build a block off plate. You will need to do a chip or something to keep the check engine light from coming on. In all honesty it's not worth it. Removing the EGR valve actually reduces your fuel economy, increases detonation, and gives you a check engine light.
