Alright guys I have decided to grab some Eibach springs for my sisters 94 GT. Now I want something that lowers it a little bit, but doesn't give it a harsh ride. Keep in mind it's her daily driver, sitting on some 17" 96 Cobra rims.

So which, Pro Kit or Sportline?

Pics of both sets are welcome.

Mines lowered with Sportlines, KYB GR2's, and Maximum Motorsport c/c plates. You NEED the c/c plates with pretty much anything over an inch drop. I learned the hard way, and went thru a set of front tires before I got smart.

+1. so many people lower their cars w/o cc plates....and some get away with it. i think its definetly worth the extra money to get plates to prevent a potential problem. one set of cc plates is much cheaper than several sets of tires.

dont do what i did and buy cheap plates. go with maximum motorsports or something of the same caliber. i went with new steel 3 bolt upr "shark" plates. they get the job done and made for good alignment but they are very noisy.

Alright I will keep that in mind. My car has been lowered and I have stock CCs on there, and have not seen any advanced tire wear. They seem to wear better than the tires I had with stock suspension.

The Sportlines are looking good, and I can get either for $65 brand new, and one I can get on sale for $45 or so... Not full price but I have the way to do it this one time.

Well...I have the pro's and they ride nice and I have to admit I liked the ride BETTER with the STOCK struts on tha nthe tokicos..but that is a bit :OT:

So .. the sportlines look ALOT better but you will scrape everywhere...at least I would.

I think I am going with the Pro Kit springs. My sister doesnt need the car slammed down, just lower and looking better.
