electric exhaust cutouts

i can't find that progress thread where the guy put a custom exhaust system with electric exhaust cutouts on his mustang... a buddy of mine is considering them for a track car he's building and he wanted to check out the fit and finish... can anyone help me out or am i the only one who remembers it

haha, yeah, we were both watching that together, that's where we got the idea to try them out... it seems like the best company is Quicktime Performance... i was just hoping to get some insight and maybe find that thread because the car the guy was building was sick anyway

I will be installing some on my car when its together. I cruised the strip down in Myrtle Beach with my cat back disconnected and the reactions I got from people were awesome. Plus you can really hear the cam like crazy. It was awesome.

Cut-outs date back to the 40's. They are for serious hp cars. (Though they have there dependability issues) Put them on a car with stock hp or close to it mite actually make it slower. But they would score a "100" on the "cool scale" while driving on the street!!
