Hey guys, I don't know if any of you remember me; I haven't been on this forum in over a year, but I'm back and with a small problem.

Lately I have been having a problem with my headlights. One night I was driving my friend home in my car and suddenly my lights turn off while I'm driving on a pitch black highway; then a few seconds later they come back on and then go off and on and off all while I am right behind another car, probably freaking him out just a tad something like a horror movie. I consulted my brother on this and he said it might be my voltage regulator, which might be the probable scenario. Any other opinions you guys might have?

The self resetting circuit breaker in the headlight switch is tripping on you. It might just be a defective switch but if you are running halogen healights you may simply be overloading the switch. If you have halogens wire in a relay to take the load off of the switch.
