Emissions-legal Turbo Kit for 87-93 Mustang?

Hey guys, does anyone know of an emissions-legal bolt-on turbo kit for 87-93 Mustangs?

I'm not posting this to start a debate on Turbo vs Supercharger vs Nitrous.

I just want to know if there's a kit like this currently out there. I know there's a bunch of turbo kits out there for Mustangs (HP Turbo looks really nice!), but it seems that for all of them, it involves removing the smog-equipment, and in my state (TX) for my car (93 LX 5.0), that is still a no-no.

The old Incon kit's supposedly carried a CARB exemption sticker and I believe were the only kit's which had them.
