Hello was just checking all my fluids before winter storage anothwr question is the over flow coolant resvoior suppose to be empty? I opened it looked empty what should i do? Dump coolant in it or leave it? Water? I have dual electric fans thanks.
Should be about 1/3 full, coolant or water, depends on the climate, they are prone to cracking so if it's parked for the winter you could pull it off and check it and the hose. If your radiator cap is old check it to, winter maintenance.
