After seeing people "bling out" there engine bays recently i would like to get chrome valve covers.

since this is a cosmetic mod and not a power mod i dont want to spend $450 on BBK or other name brand valve covers.

I saw this and i thought i may get it for my 2001 mustang gt. Does this look good or should i consider another valve cover? i would like it to say powered by ford or ford racing or something like that if the price is resonable. if you can point me to a link i would appreciate it.

basically here is the description. (it says for Bullitt but should fit my car correct?)

Brand
Spectre

Part Number
#S7154383

Fits Engine – Chassis:
4.6L, V8, GAS, FI, VIN "X", MFI — BULLITT

Description:
SPECTRE CHROME ENGINE DRESS UP KIT -- Chrome Engine Kit, Includes 1 Pair Baffled Valve Covers, 12 T Bolt Hold Downs, 1 Breather, Oil Cap, 12 Inch Braided Breather Hose, Made Exactly To OEM Specifications And Triple Chrome Plated For A Long Lasting Shine, Direct Fit Installation

The are standard 6-bolt small block Ford VCs in the picture and wont work on a Mod motor.

You could do something similar to what I did and paint your covers to match the car.
