Engine Harness Confusion

The back story is, I just purchased a new fox rolling chassis, with all wiring harnesses in tact. One thing on the harness threw me for a loop, though. Lets see if you guys can figure it out for me and give me an explanation...

Got it figured out, apparently
its a TSB for 1990 mustangs, cause the stock harness was too short.

If you decide you don't want to use those, you should keep them around. Years ago, I thought it was a good idea to get rid of them on my 90. A few weeks ago I started having problems with the car missing, and after checking all the usual suspects, I put those back in along with cleaning all the terminals and using dielectric grease, all is well now.
