Engine price opinions

I need some opinions/advice. I may have a lead on a guy locally who wants to buy my 1970, 351 Cleveland with 2 barrel heads. The engine is complete and includes and Edelbrock Performer intake. Other than that, there are no major mods other than ARP engine bolts. My question is, what do you think is a fair selling price? I don’t what to rip the guy off, but I don’t want to get ripped off either. It is a running motor, with no known problems, although he won’t be able to hear it run since it’s not in the car.

What ever He's willing to pay.
my guess is between 500-600.
But then it could go for more.

I bought my 70 351C 2V with a C4 from a torino (exact same motor) for $600. the compression when i got it was perfect, all cyl between 170 and 177psi. since then i put a performer on it and some msd parts. Maybe $600 to $700 is fair.
