Just getting ready to pull th engine on the Roush and was kinda curious as to whether or not anyone had a step by step list for engine removal. I'm just looking for the easiest and least damage causing method. Thanks Guys!

I dont know of a step by step, but I will tell you how I just did mine in a short version.

after I had it to my liking on the jackstands and the hood off, I disconnected everything underneath. (Driveshaft, exhaust, wiring etc.)

then started on the top of the engine... got the engine wiring harness off of the firewall and lowered the K member out of the car, disconnected the engine from it and came out the top. the only reason I dropped the K member was to give my headers room to clear and my valve covers room to get around the master cylinder. It was quite easy this way.

Did you take the motor and tranny out together?
