Well just me, but I'd find one that functions correctly with the "fat" shroud and a hotter thermostat before doing otherwise. But seeing as you're in Norway, you probably don't have hot summer temps we get down here.

Thanks, but how can a hotter thermostate stop my fan from running all the time?

If the motor runs too cold, where is the heat coming from that is triggering the fan clutch? Get a t-stat that controls your enging temp, then address the clutch or shroud. The thermostat doesn't care what radiator/shroud you have, only how much heat is held in the motor.

I said find a fan clutch that works correctly with the fat shroud, the thermostat is only the device that regulates at what temperature your engine runs at. But you also need to install a mechanical temp gauge, or at least an electric one that actually tells you the temperature. The factory gauges are notorious for their inaccuracy.
