I finished this over a week ago but heres a nice photo progress thread on my engine swap. Overall it took me about 5 days to complete. Old engine was a stock 94 Mustang H.O. 5.0. New engine sports 3 bar GT40 heads, GT40 lower intake, Ford Motorsports SVO upper intake, FMS F cam installed straight up, Summit shorty headers, offroad H pipe, SLP catback, and I deleted the EGR and smog equipment. Sorry about the video at the end, I need to edit it but my software is not working.

Just starting, stock engine.

Thanks. The wifey had me on a fairly strict budget on this build so there were a few parts I wish could have been better, such as my headers, and a better cam but I am pleased with the results. Everything used on this build I have collected slowly over the last year basically just buying stuff on the cheap off of guys who didnt need whatever particular part or got in over their head on a build. Downfall of having a kid, going to school, work and saving for a house all at the same time.

Great job!

And trust me, I know this exactly! I got two kids and work. Money has it's priorities. The car gets second place :)

I ran a short belt and plugged the vacuum lines into each other for the smog equipment. For the EGR I went with a method that I have used successfully in the past which was to use a pennies to block the passageway from the header and on the egr valve, then plugged everything in like normal. No CEL.
