Englishtown Swap Meet

went down there today. not bad although i hate the 20 mins of traffic since i live 5 minutes away:bang: . however, from a classic car guy perspective- good selection of classic parts. from my perspective, a fox perspective, not too much there besides Mid Jersey mustang ( which i know and is a great guy), CJ Pony Parts, and random times some one has 302 or mustang parts. however, i went with a chevy guy, so he had a blast, and i had fun :SNSign: :nice:

1990 coupe, by chance did you get to see my car on the road track parking lot? 93 Red Notch with an ugly dent from a hit and run on the drivers door?

didn't see the car there...you walk on the track at all? My truck was on the track...the first one closest to the tower (you know, the very begining of the track...where the start/finish line is). It was an 06 black ram

i probably did. were u b the pink/purple bronco at all? or even the guy who was blasting disturbed? My favorite thing about those lifted trucks are those teflon wheels.

This is sad for me. I have gone to Fall and Spring Englishtown every year since i could walk, and now i cant got for the next 4 years because ill be at school. For me its not just lookin for parts, its the atmosphere of being around 1000's of car parts, and car enthusiests. I pretty much never find anything im looking for, but it doesnt matter cause i have blast every time i go.

well i came from the old bridge side ( my town), so i made the first left into the parking area. i parked right there on the road track.

i agree with the atmosphere, its great. after my first mustang ( 86 notch 5.0), i had to buy a volkswagen. I know it sounds bad, but id rather hae that than a honda, i still like to linger on the volkswagen forum since my friend has it now. main point, you can talk to anyone about any cars at the swap meet and it's like they know exactly what you mean, in my case talking about a 16v head swap on a 8 valve bottom end.

o did anyone see those supercharged motors in that red trailor run, i forget the company, but it was such a bad ass sound with that aggresive cam. too bad it was a chevy
