are there any like beginner nights? or nights that it would be better for someone with no track experience to go? Also how mcuh would it cost for me to run my car?

you can go wednesday night for test and tune, friday night for test and tune, saturday night for racing, and sunday for racing.....sunday is the main race day, and in my opinion the best.....there will be more mustangs on saturday night, but more cars on sunday and there are always a lot of mustangs on sunday anyway......i'd be there almost every sunday, but my car is in pieces right now from an accident

If you want to get the most bang for your buck, go on Sat AM or PM sessions when there are no major events. You will avg 5-6 runs for your $20-25.
Wed nights are busy with lots of imports, Friday nights are distracting because of the loud unmuffled/open header cars and there is usually a lot of people on Fridays.
I like Saturday's

a helmet? how fast do you have to be to require a helmet? we got a bunch of us from here going to ffw and if i need a helmet i guess i better get one huh

wow that stinks i raced last year at epping and didnt need one i think it was 14 or slower no helmet was required
