Hello all and thanks for reading,
I have decided that due to my inexperience with doing serious car mechanics... enough to rebuild my motor etc etc. I will buy a turnkey motor and have a good friend install it for me. I'm doing my research and I'm most likely going carb due to its more simplistic design.
On to my questions, if I do get a 351 what kind of chassis work do I need to do to withstand the larger torque levels of the motor? Sub frames? Torque boxes? I'm clueless....
I know there are stickies on the swap but I couldn't find anywhere information regarding the chassis.
Oh and the motor that I'm looking at claims to have aprox 430 Hp and around 480 ft/lbs.
Thanks again for your time.
