I felt that way. This guy with some spikey ass hair and his hot little girlfriend picked on me in my 81 notchback once. Little did he know that I had a 4.6L 2V in there that made 240RWHP. I put a whooping on him twice and he couldn't understand why his fancy new car couldn't beat an old fox body. HAHAHA

Its a 2 way street guys. I'm an older (than most on this board, I think) car enthusiast with an 05GT (that I bought new in 05). I had a number of other cars previous to that, some mustangs, the most recent being an 02GT.

If you're driving a nice car, you're going to get a thumbs up or a wave from me.

The people I "snub" are the punks that pull up to me (in any car, but I will admit that 99-04 Mustangs are common around here), and act like their car is the holy grail of the automotive world, while leaving me with a cloud of smoke and noise.

I've been there, and done that, and now I realize how stupid I looked.
Just my 2 cents.

26, watch it! Love my mustangs, and my vette.

I wrote a long review on the challenger if any of you care to read it.

Ford made a great car with the 97-04 mustangs. They just lacked the power. The are fairly light(not compared to a notch fox), drive great, last forever and look great. The problem was, there were no performance parts available for years for these cars and expensive.

The new cars that Chevy, Ford, and Dodge make just don't do it for me.
