Any ideas on how to get my exhaust to not rub my tires?... I have 275's in the back and when I put in the flows they sit on the inside lip of the tire Is there anything you guys do to move the exhaust just a bit off? I was thinking a spacer could do... but I'm not a big fan of spacers. Could I adjust anything to move it?

Maybe the exhaust rubber hanger is old and looser than it should be. I had the same problem until i replaced the rubber mounts.

This is my 4cyl to v8 swap car... I went the route of getting all original brand new ford hangers before installing... so all the mounts and rubber pieces are brand new so I don't think thats the problem...

As for the spacers... would I have to run longer studs then? or would I be ok as long as I kept the spacers on the smaller side?

What is the problem? It will heat up your tires so they will get better traction

Just kidding can you bend them any?

an exhaust shop can cut the hanger and weld it onto the opposite side to make room..
