With the stock exhaust...not enough of a difference to be worth the trouble.

well i have a flowmaster and i cut the pipe that goes from the outlet of the mufller
because it had some very bad bends in order to clear the axel and once i did that i did not like it at all sounds very hallow inside you can't even hear my tunes unless i have it
very loud

get a tail pipe then, it will make it alot quieter

Well in that case, few years ago I had a flowmaster 40 on my '90 with a 3.5"x18" long slash cut tip on it, and it sounded really good.
