Ok guys I kinda wanna do something to make my car look better, and I'm thinking some pin striping and/or some form of striping. If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations I'd appreciate it.

I want something subtle too, nothing ricey.

Thanks in advance guys :D

either racing stripes or thoes stripes that go down the side of the car. I also saw another car that had the area infront of the side scoops all a different color which looked pretty good.

Heres some different paint schemes that you can think about... Just got them from the tangerine mustang registry because I remember seeing some nice ones in there.

Thanks for all the pics Zach, I appreciate it man. I guess that wasn't the BOSS stripe I saw. But that 2nd vert with the blackouts and Cobra R's looks badass

I know the stripe you are talking about. there is a yellow 96-98 gt with that style stripe at my job in the parking lot every day. Looks like a big T on the hood that goes down on either side towards the gt emblems. Personally I think it looks like sh**. There is way too much going on on the hood but nothing anywhere else. Looks horrible IMO. The only two I would even consider would be the racing stripes and the c strips like that first pic. But that's just me....

only thing i can recommend is racing stripes, dude. Pinstriping might make you sorry in the end. That died with the Reliant K-cars.

My old K-car (Daytona) had pinstripes. I hated them.

Sadly, I've seen MANY Mustangs with pinstriping. They've ranged in year from 94-04 and some have even been new cars on dealer lots. If I was buying a new one, that would be coming off if it was on there.

IMO, I can't stand pin stripes. Even racing stripes don't always look right to me.

If you want the car to look a little different but want it subtle, do something like taking off the emblems or tinting the windows or something. Keep it clean and just set it apart a little.

Well I do plan on tinting the windows, and pin stripes only look right to me if they are done extremely well, and I don't want to take off my emblems.

Anyone else care to contribute?

I'm going to have a checkerd flag paned on over the rear tires, thank god I get this done for free LOL I have already done the Rear bumber letters looks really nice too, can't wait for the flag to be painted :D that will look cool, and its going to look like its pealing off hehe.
