Factory Shop manuals

Just a question...who offers the factory shop manuals? I've almost always picked one up with a new car just to kinda have it around. Helms always did all the GM stuff. Do they offer it for the Fords as well?

They also "sell" the TSB's.... I don't know why anyone would buy those...
