Fairwell...sold 05_gt for 03_Mach1

Hello, just wanted to say thanks for all the great discussions, and technical information.

I sold my 05 GT Black w/red leather interior, K&N, SLP, decals etc. at 6,500 miles in the 10months that I had it. NICE TRY, see rules regarding Sales in forums - gp001

Anyhow, I liked and ejoyed it, but I wanted to do soo much more performance wise, but I couldn't afford all the tuning and c/a kits, etc.

So, I traded it in for a black on black 03 MACH1 and I'm the happiest I've ever been. With just $578 I have SLP's and the K&N FIPK GEn 2 on the way.
I raised the shaker hood higher(learned this on the mach1 registry forum)

Let me tell you all this car is super fast without that laggy throttle response and in my opinion looks a lot sportier with the shaker, side scoops, elevated hood, etc.

Anyways, it's a mustang and that's what counts.

I think mach1's are SICK, my cousin just bought one and after installing a few parts on it I've fallen in love with it! What color did you get? I think they look great with the window louvers.

yikes - the mach is a bad ass car but dang the upgrades are about the same for the small stuff you mentioned. the throttle lag goes away with a tune. I shopped for my parts - ford shorty's $300,x pipe $200, xct2 with 3 tunes $425, cold air kit $125. now all i got to do is put on my blower $4500 - 90mm maf $100,39lb injectors$ 319 and it will run like a champ.
