False low brake fluid message

Anyone else? Full fluid level with no leaks anywhere but I receive an occasional warning message. I turn the key off and back on and the message dissappears. Brakes work fine the whole time. I hear this is a common problem on trucks. Bad sensor I assume. How long to fix? BTW what type of fluid is used on our Mustangs?

Mustangs use Motorcraft High Performance DOT 3 brake fluid. Other brands may have lower boiling points.
