Fast yugo...?

I'm having trouble buying that it's really doing a 7.9 @ 171 mph. It looks fairly quick, but I've seen a few 9.x cars down at PIR and this doesn't look to me like it was as fast. I wonder if someone got 1/4 mixed with 1/8 and mph mixed with kph

Or maybe it really is that fast and the video just doesn't show it well.

it looks like a really old civic with a highly modded 13b or 20b and its way longer then 1/8 looks about twice as long
