FE X Block?

Just wondering if anyone has heard a FE X block? I saw a susposed 390 GT block that a has a X casted into valley area and was wondering what it was. Any help would be great cause I'm thinking about buying it for my 62 tbird for a 410 project.thanks ahead of time.

Don't pay anything extra for it. The GT390 used the same block castings the std 390's used. Nothing special about it. These blocks, like all other non 427 and some 428CJ castings are pot luck when it comes to extras, some got the good castings some didn't. If you're close, I've got a better than average 390 block available. Thick bore cores and the cross bolt 427 "knorbs" or bosses on both sides.
