few questions about getting non emishion legal heads.........

Im about to order a set of afr 165 heads, the question is do i order the emishion legal or non, i would like to eliminate as much dead weight as i can from the car like the fresh air pump, do i need to order a special kit that eliminates all the things the non emishion legal heads dont accomidate???? are there any advantages????????

well if you plan to pass emission then you need em the circulate fresh air. you might be able to pass without em but no performance gain is gonna be had.

The smog pump shuts off at WOT, it only draws 1/2 -1 HP from parasitic loss. It's not worth the problems of dealing with owning or selling a non-smog legal car.
