Dont listen to 'thehueypilot' - one or two people had a bad experience with mustang Depot and now all of a sudden 'its a horrible place to do business'- I, personally, have had GREAT experience with them. I ordered my fiberglass trunklid from them and the fit was pretty darn good. There fiberglass aprons have a new mold that are suppose to fit really well. Id suggest going with them. Its out of state for you and you wouldnt have to pay tax. Id suggest mustangs Plus, but you would have to pay tax and you would have to pay shipping.

Good luck

Have you thought about taking a ride down to Maiers? They're just down the highway from you in Hayward. Many of the vendors get their glass from them anyway. Also check out Branda (although I'm not sure they have what you want for your car - glass for the 67/8 isn't as common as that for 65/6).

Good Luck!

BTW - that's the Maiers apron on my car...

Maiers makes some of the worst crap I have ever seen. All the pieces I have been involved with were so far off that I told my friends that I would not even consider trying to body work them to fit because it simply was not worth the time. The trunk lid was so bowed in both planes that it could nevr have been made to match the bodylines without over 1/4" of fiberglass filler in all 4 corners. The endcaps would have required cutting in several places and rebuilding to the point that I gave up and told him to buy a stock replacement trunk.

I have had trouble with Maier in the past also but that was over 20 years ago so maybe there is a trend....the Shelby hood I got back then didn't even come close to fitting. They refuse to respond to any correspondece also so I can only conclude that they are not interested in making their customers happy.
