Why? You'll be giving up performance. I'd also like to know what brand those rockers are.

They look like Proforms.....which are known to be weak and break or bend.

those 3/8 stud mount? I was running harland sharps which were real sweet and now I'm going with trick flow 1.6's.

I hear lots of great things about scorpions!

RR's suck! A friend of mine's car popped them things off left and right one summer. They were on there for 3 seasons with no trouble, then all the sudden bam bam bam.....stockers are the best.

Like I said, just avoid products whose manufacturer's name begins with Pro- e.g. Proform, Procomp, Professional products etc. They're cheap for a reason.

Excuse what may seem like a newb question but what exactly is the benefit of RR's even if they are the same ratio as stock?

Less friction, and apparently better high RPM capability. I've seen back to back dyno magazine comparisons show 10-15 hp just from the swap to RRs.

I like the Harland Sharps but run Crane 1.7's. Haven't had the valve covers off since I put them in, 10 years ago.

So 300-600 for a good set of rockers is worth 10-15HP? So now a 5.0L Mustang can have 235-240HP vs. 225? It might be reeeally fast after that!!!
