Can you guys tell if the Owner was telling the truth.or Does have engine engine that's got more power than the GT.?

If that's a true Mach 1 then yes it has about 60ish more horsepower and a better engine than the GT would need a picture of the motor to be 100% sure though.
Yeah, a look at the engine will tell you. Mach 1s have a 4V version of the 4.6 (4 cams, 4V per cylinder), which makes for a wider head up top, and they usually have "V8 32 Valve" printed on the coil covers (you should be able to see it on the driver's side, passenger side is probably covered up by the intake). If it's a true Mach, it is 60hp over a GT.
