Finally got my new wheels and tires on! Setup, 18" x 9.5" +38 Rota Grids all around. 275-40-18 Nitto NT1's in the front, 305-35-18 Nitto 555R drag radials in the rear.

So far the grip is nice, the rears will hold 1st gear pretty well once they're warmed up and there's enough grip up front to feel pretty good around corners.

Nice. They look somewhat "tuner-y"...as in, imports. I like the substantial sidewall...not a fan of rubber bands.

The car needs to be lowered, I think.

Nice work.

Yeah, it's tuner-y I came from always owning imports and I wanted something different for the Stang. Seems like everyone has the same replica factory wheels on their mustangs.

I'm definitely going to lower it, just need to save and get all the rear end parts first. I want to get the UCA, LCA's, and Watt's link first. When I drop it I want to make sure the rear end stays centered, it's already a little off center with the factory parts.

OMFG we agree...

Really nice wheels dude, way to not under-do the sidewall and kill those neat looking rims with rubber band tires. That car needs teh chinspoiler!

Oh, and this is coming from a guy who really doesn't like the black wheel look...but your ride pulls it off nicely.

Thanks! Kinda funny, I've been thinking about grabbing the GT500 front lip lately. Know any good sites to pick one of those up?

It looks nice and a little different, nothing wrong with that.

As others have pointed out, it does need to be lowered. But one step at a time, I suppose.

The rims aren't my style, but cool tires. Kudos on the upgrade.

All it takes is money right, then I could do everything at once

As was pointed out, it's screaming for a chin spoiler. (as is every single Mustang on the road without one.)

Ha ha, sounds like a plan. Just paid my taxes though, "paid" being the key word, probably not getting anything for a little while
