After 4 runs to Home Depot and 4-5 hours of labor (by two complete noobs, lol) I have finally installed my Bassani X-pipe and hiflow cats. I would have to say the hardest part of the installation was getting the entire system on underneath the car since you basically had to shift everything. The bolts connecting the downpipes to the headers were hard intially, but after getting some more extensions and the amazing PB Blaster they came right off.
All of the parts in the kit looked great and we only had one problem with it. One of the downpipes was a tiny bit oblong and we had to flatten it some to get it to fit to the cat. We just used a piece of wood to slightly bend it and it fit very snug. The car feels like it has a little more power in the lower RPMs and it is definately much louder. It is almost too loud when combined with the SLPs. Overall I am very impressed with the kit and would recommend it to anyone. I bought mine from Lightning Force Performance for $469.00 + shipping (this is for the stainless steel kit).
