I just put a deposit for my gears and my converter :D . If i ran 15.741 1/4 with a 2.477 60'(My car dont spin, all i did was power brake and jump off) with my shorty mac headers, American thunder cat, and my fipk, what am I going to run with my 4.10's and 3000 stall converter. I am hoping 14.99 at least, its a auto 1994 gt vert thanx alot guys

You should run easily in the 14's with the addition of the gears and stall. Your 60' is what is hurting your time the most, which trust me, I can relate to. You can see in my signature what gears alone did for my et., and with the addition of a stall you could see up to a full second off those times. A good rule of thumb: (I could be wrong) but I was under the impression that every tenth of a second you dropped your 60', it was good for two tenths at the finish line. So, in your case, lets say you ran a 2.044 60', that would gain you ~.8 of a second off of your et, putting you in the 14.9's. Also, gears are good for more than just the first 60' as they keep you in the power band longer, thus you will see a gain in trap speed. And last, I know RC has stated before that not only does the stall aid in launching, but frees up horsepower becuase of less rotating mass and a higher torque multiplication factor. I belief he saw nearly 20 RWHP by only switching converters. Awesome purchase and make sure to post before/after times when you get it installed.

I was looking at ur times and thats was another thing that pushed me to get it, you knocked 1/2 second in the 1/8 just with gears, but u have alot more power mods.I really dont kno why my car 60' is so bad.My car has somethin wrong with it wen i punch it off line. I lost to my friend's is300 auto off the line( they run mid to low15's), but wen we rolled at 15 i beat him by 3 cars to 45 so there gotta be something wrong wit my car.
