First Impressions: 3650 TSB Done

where can i get a printout of the AC vent rattle.. I never really had that problem untill i got my exhaust, now it rattles alot.. Kind of annoying.

The '04s did not have the fix, the fix wasn't even released until the '04 was out of production. I'm hoping he was just mistaken and Ford hasn't actually told their mechanics this.

I duno why he said this then, or where the info was from but this is from a ford tech over on MD.

"The TSB You are referring to is for 2001-2003 models. Your trans already has the update from the factory. But there is a new service message for a 1-2 shift grind. they say that engineering is aware of a concern and they are currently working on a fix. Also I found a message concerning clutch adjustment being out of whack and causing a hard shift from neutral into first or reverse. I hope this helps. I would get your car into the dealer and get concern documented, even if there is no fix now. One last tip, be patient and courteous at the dealership, this will get you a lot better service than going in angry. If possible take the Manager or a tech for a ride and demonstrate concern. This will really help you get your car fixed faster and correctly

I had the TSB done to my 01 Cobra and it's better but still notchy and now 5th gear kinda vibrates when i am cruising on the interstate at 68+

Just out of curiosity, what do you think gets done for the "service tips"?

I know nothing gets done for the service tips because they are just that, "tips". I just copied and pasted from alldata.com for the 04 GT.
