You're going to have fender/tire interference issues. Having the '95 diff will help keep the wheels away from the inner fender. I'm not sure about offset and the such, but you'll definately need to roll the inner lip of your fender. Some use fender rollers and some use a baseball bat wedged between the tire and fender and then roll the car forward and back slowly. Works great from what I hear.
 
Thank you for your reply. I am using a 15x10 width 7.5' backspacing and 2.5' on the front side of the wheel, so that I can clear the fender. But, I may have to roll the lip on the fender. If anyone has done this conversion, I'd like to know if what I am doing is correct. And what tire size to use for clearance.
