Flywheel question

Im in the process of doing a 351w swap from a 90 bronco and had a question about the flywheel. The engine was originally for an automatic so a new flywheel is needed, does anyone know the exact one to get, the tooth count etc that is needed. I now a 351 needs to be different than the 302 weight wise so im not sure on what exactly to be looking for. Thanks
