I'm planning on going with a mcleod clutch here soon and I want to go ahead and switch to a light wieght flywheel while im in there. I would like to ahve the same brand flywheel as clutch but more importantly i want the lightest and best i can get. Any suggestions on this? Aslo what would be the strongest tob I could get? ONe more sorry is the mceod clutch a full clutch kit or will i have some other stuff to buy along with it? Thanks, Corey.

the cyn-er-gy flywheel is the lightest one i was able to track down a few months ago, think it was 9 lbs. it also wells for 600, so i dunno if its worth it to you for that sheer price. Mcleod has an aluminum flywheel, as does Spec. both are cheaper with the spec being the cheapest.

Well I think I'm gonna go with the mcleod set up. Any suggestions on the strongest tob out there and does any body now any places in arkansas that would be good to install this stuff for a reasonable price. the local ford dearlship wants 1500 to install and thers no way im paying that. Thanks, Corey.

$1500.00 :jaw: :fuss: :fuss:

Around here less than $ 300.00

I've found a shop that will do it for 300 but with the clutch I have now I took the cheap way out and I don't know if it was installed wrong or if I got a bda clutch (spec from what I hear it is hit or miss with them) or waht so I'm kinda weary but I'm going to try that shop and hope it all goes well because I don't many other places in arkansas and I don't have the time or tools and equipment to do it myself. So I guess we'll just see how it goes. Thanks, Corey.

I'm not a fan of the AFW on a daily driver...

That is an outrageous price...is this dealership in r-ville?

I've did my share of clutch swaps...easy stuff:)
