FMX transmission in a fox?

Hey guys,

I have a FMX trans that came out of my old 69 mustang coupe that was ust recently freshly rebuilt for another project of ours, but that one took another direction.

Can this work in my fox? would i need a special crossmember for it? i plan to use it with the 331 stroker that im building.

They aren't bad... just not ideal. They weight a fair ammount and larger than the C4. I am not sure how the crossmember would line up and if your exhaust will fit correctly in a fox...

yeah those things weigh a ton and your headers might not clear if you have longtubes, but im not too sure on that.

just stick with a c4 or a aod.
