foam in radiator

.....I have some foam in my radiator does this always mean a head gasket blown? I dont see any white smoke and its never been past 210 ( for somereason i dont know y it runs so hot with a mark8 fan and new advance 2 core =( ..) I cant really tell performance wise since my clutch is kidna of giving out but does feel a lil slower maybe.

And compression checks how do i do those ..or could this just be nothing to worry bout =p

Because your water level is low, fill it up. It's reading hot only because there is air, which will get hotter than the water, therefore a false reading.
