 I have heard there is a way to modify the fog lights in order to keep them on while using the brights. I did a similar mod to my former Jeep Wrangler, but I am not sure where to start in order to process this modification on my '96 GT. Can anyone give me a little guidance, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Might want to check your state laws on this one. In Ohio I was stopped for having mine on with high beams. Something about six white lights illuminated at the same time is not legal.

This is true in Canada. It is actually an offence under The Highway Traffic Act to have 6 or more headlights illuminated at the front of your vehicle.

Could quite possibly be the same for many U.S. states as well.

6? I only have 2 headlights and 2 fog lights thats 4 total

Exactly..even if you want to get picky, the low beams turn off when your highs turn on, so you have 2 bulbs burning for high beams, one for each side, and 2 bulbs for fogs, one for each side...
That = 4 white lights at my old school...

Maybe the cop counted your two license plate lights in the rear to come up with the 6 white lights...Did you maybe date his daughter once? :nonono:
