I get the invoice sheet that shows all that has been done.
Clunk, thermostat control, 1/2 shift grind, suspension squeeks, etc.
NPF on all (no problem found). So basically they had my car Monday - Thursday and never called. It was ready on Tuesday. I take the invoice from the "cashier" and go to the service guy. I said I know for a fact there is a TSB. He looks at me and he says, no. I asked him to look it up. Sure enough, there it was. The car may have a gear clash or ... when the temperature is below 40*F. He took my keys and said they'll order the parts. Also saw a TSB on the clunk. Basically it's just re-tightening bolts. Hope they don't mind the tri-ax

I decided right then and there that I WON'T be going back for service on mine since they've only done "1 or 2 of them". I'm going to take mine to a dealer that a guy I work with used to work at and he still knows the guys there.
