Ford Auto Insurance?

I just switched from Geico to Ameriprise. I found the link on FordVehicles.com website. It's pretty full coverage for my 2006 Mustang GT and my premium dropped $400 for a six month policy.

Anyone hear of them before? Is it cheap because I bought a new Ford and they seem to be affiliated with ford somehow? Whatchu think?

My daughter is fixin to blo off Gieco cause she can get a cheaper policy from statefarm bout 300 less.

Dropped 400 on a 6 month policy wow! Mind if I ask how much it was to begin with? Mine just went up from 270 to 400 for 6 months when I made the switch from the 93 to an 07, which I didn't think was too bad, but maybe it could get better.

I was quoted around $400 for 6 months and I have Travelers. We also have our home so we get the multi discount.

Ouch I just did the Mustang and got quoted 817 for six months. Granted that was by itself but that is still more than I am paying right now for two new vehicles on another policy. I don't think that I can expect it to go down by 250 bucks by adding full coverage on another vehicle, I guess I will just stay with Nationwide.

I have been paying over $200/month for about 7 years now. This is my fourth Mustang. Single male, 35, with decent credit, renter, one small accident in those seven years.

I live in an expensive county, I know. But still, I never understood why some friends of mine were paying less than half and they have much more car than me.

I wonder if they have a discount based on the fact that my car is financed through Ford Motor Credit. Heck, I don't know. But I ain't mad!
